It is scientifically proven that the brain retention is enhanced when it is tutored through text, sound, sight and smell. To ensure that students have a visual reminder of what they learn, displays are placed at strategic locations in each department. Departments also have a collection of specimens related to their area of expertise. There is an extensive list of specimens in the museum of each department which includes pests of crops, disease specimens, pests of household and livestock, collection of disease specimens, collection of mushrooms, fungal structures, soil and rock samples, seed collections.
